The Worthy Directed by Ali F. Mostafa

The world is upset, culture and civilization have disappeared, total destruction is caused by the lack of water. A group of people barricaded themselves in a large abandoned and ruined factory, but with a tank of decontaminated drinking water. They are barricaded, they are armed, they do not go out and they forbid everyone to enter. Yet, one day they make a mistake, they let strangers in.

It is The Worthy, a film by the young UAE director Ali F. Mostafa, presented at the 13th Dubai International Film Festival.

Ali F. Mostafa makes a dizzying, intelligent film, helped by the actors: Mahmoud Al Atrash and Ali Suliman.
